The Pearl
The pearl is the only gem that does not require man to chip it away in order to see its beauty. It needs no polishing nor finishing. It comes out as a finished, polished, and brilliant product.
Our birth as God's Precious Pearls can be seen through the birth of the pearl. Before a pearl can be formed there has to be a parasite present. Psalm 51:5 says, "I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me"(ESV). We are born in sin; we are born with an irritant, a parasite. In Webster's Dictionary one definition of a parasite is an organism living in (born into), with or on another organism. We are born into sin. Webster's also defines a parasite as self- seeking. A parasite leeches, it sponges, it begs, it mooches, it is a bloodsucker, dependent on someone else, it controls, it manipulates. These are all characteristics of the enemy ...Satan.
As our parasite grows it becomes more of an irritant and starts to get out of control; rebellion, idolatry, drugs, jealousy, rage, lying, sexual perversion, masturbation, lesbianism, and fornication. When it gets to this point, most of us realize we have a serious problem. We need help to rid ourselves of our parasites that are controlling our mind, body and soul. We are ready to birth the pearl that we are.
WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN - JOHN 3:7
When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior by confessing Romans 10:9, "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (ESV), we start to add the first layer of nacre (Mother of Pearl).
The nacre is the oxygen agent. Oxygen is life and Jesus is our oxygen agent. Salvation is the first step to our healing covering the irritation of the parasite. We are still not a pearl. The process of forming the pearl requires more nacre.

RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST NECESSARY
How do we get more nacre? We must establish a relationship with Jesus. Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Prayer, studying the Word, attending a Holy Spirit filled Church and fellowshipping with like-minded believers.
As more nacre (The Word/Jesus) is applied, more light passes through us. As Jesus passes His Light through us, we begin to reflect His Light out of us. When the parasite is being covered with the Word and the Blood of Jesus, God's Pearl begins to take shape; the Fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22) love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control comes forth.
SELF-EXAMINATION NECESSARY
To become God's Pearl, we all must examine ourselves. What are the parasites in our life? Are we dealing with generational curses, unforgiveness, bitterness, envy, pride, whoredom, fear, infirmities, and bondage? What are the things we need to die to and let go? It should never be about us but always about God. It should never be my agenda but God's agenda. Like in the birth of the pearl, the nacre produces a rainbow of light and color (a promise). When we totally submit to God, we produce a pearl and have a rainbow of promise. God gives us 66 Books in the Bible of Promises. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is our rock, our shield, our strength. We are more than conquers. If we submit to God, resist the devil, he will flee. What is submitting? It is doing things God's way instead of our way; delivered from things that put us into bondage, i.e. people, things, habits. Let God have his Perfect Work in us and through us HIS PEARL.
